- Manage and segment Company’s user to provide them with right content to grow their account value
- Improvement in Company’s communication to mass user through Marketing AutomationChannels
- Responsible for Company’s user activation campaign
- Working together with Digital Marketing team create a targeted segment of user
- Analyzing user portfolio, behaviour and demographics in order to improve customer retention
- Minimum 3 years in B2C startup company handling more than 1 million user as CRM Division
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Communication, Engineering, or Management
- Experienced in Marketing Automation Channels, User Persona, CRM, and Customer Segmentation.
- Having knowledge in creating content, marketing tools and customer servicing.
- Having a good financial literacy especially investment related is a plus point
- Proven skills of Databasing in Microsoft Excel or programming would be a great plus point
