Ms. Ying Shi has served as an Independent Director of Qunar since 2016, a leading Chinese online travel platform which merged with Ctrip to form the largest travel service provider in China. Prior to this she was also an investor at GSR ventures. Ms. Shi holds a bachelor’s degree from Fudan University, MA from Stanford University and MBA, Finance from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
