We are expanding our verticals to property marketplace. You will be creating a new team, establishing the business & ops side while working closely with our in-house tech to make the process scalable.
We are looking for an experienced, strategically-minded and process & results-driven Head of Business Unit for Property. You will be working directly with CTO to develop and execute end to end vertical integrations that should directly push our growth to the next level.
- Start & run property marketplace: acquire the supply (developer & second hand units) & demand (buyer) side
- Build and maintain the team, KPI, P&L and business model
- Incorporate policies and procedures of the company in business unit of property for scalable operations
- Create and build effective partnership with developers in Indonesia and to maintain good revenue increase for the organization
- Create and execute go to market plan with look in to consideration from other perspective such as Finance, Marketing, and Sales.
- Create, involve, and hands on to end to end process from meeting with developers and buyers, transaction and negotiation process until closing the deal.
- Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
- Experience in creating partnership program with real estate developers or who has worked with developer/property consultant is preferable
- Experience in building a team and managing complex operations
- Hands-on to execution as well as strategic and analytical person
- Strong interpersonal skills, partnership, negotiation abilities, and ability to work with minimal supervision
- If you are a management consulting background with experienced handling property clients would be an additional plus point
- If you have experience running a business, would be an additional plus point
